| As demand for 3D seismic data increased,
ECHO developed the 3-D Match™ Program, which ultimately was comprised
of 91 3D surveys located in the western United States. Both of these
highly successful programs were sold to Seismic Exchange, Inc. in
the summer of 2000. Since then, ECHO has created several other regional
and basin specific seismic data pool programs.
In addition to the data pools, ECHO creates
proprietary database programs, whereby ECHO modernizes and re-processes
a single company's regional dataset and sells the data to other
clients. ECHO has managed several of these programs in the past,
including UNOCAL's Mississippi Interior Salt Basin, Coastal's
California 2-D data set, plus several others. |
